- If you are salaried, please provide two years W-2 forms and one month of paystubs.
- If you are self-employed, please provide two years tax returns and a YTD profit and loss statement and balance sheet. Please also provide corporate, S-corp or partnership returns, if applicable.
- Please provide three months statements for checking, savings, stock brokerage and retirement accounts.
- If you own rental property, please provide rental agreements and two years tax returns.
- If applicable, please provide a divorce decree, separation agreement or property settlement agreement.
- If this is a purchase transaction, please provide a copy of your ratified sales contract and the name and contact information of your real estate agent.
